This special book embodies the brand's signature "craftsmanship" even in its binding.

■ Made using the traditional Japanese bookbinding technique, "Watoji." Each book is entirely handcrafted.
This book employs the traditional Japanese technique of binding with needle and thread. The stitching thread is the same thread used in actual Yoshida&Co.. To complete this unusually voluminous 248-page book in a Japanese-style binding, each stitch was sewn by hand, sometimes even using pliers, truly embodying the spirit of "putting one's heart and soul into every stitch." In the Library Edition, the cover uses thick cardboard with a paper cloth finish, and the design is applied to both sides with foil stamping.

This book contains content focusing on Yoshida&Co. 's activities over the past 10 years.

This issue features photographs by photographer Shuhei Tonami documenting a major project to renew the brand's iconic "TANKER" line using 100% plant-derived bio-nylon, from yarn development to spinning, weaving, and sewing.
