Thailand Express Shipping Fees

1. Bags and large-sized items: free  per order
2. Clothing and accessories, including bags and small-sized items: free per order

Shipping process

Customers will receive a payment confirmation e-mail once the payment is successful. Porter Bangkok operates delivery within 3-7 business days. Customers will receive another e-mail confirming their deliveries once the order has been dispatched.
Customers can track their deliveries using the Tracking Number in the Purchase Order page in their membership account (orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the next Monday and orders made during public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day)

Customers can use the tracking number to check the delivery status at

*Remarks: Customers must fill in the complete telephone number and address before making the purchase for a successful contact from the delivery company when delivering the products. If the delivery service cannot contact the customer, they will re-deliver the package within 1-2 business days. For customers who cannot be contacted, the delivery items will be returned to Yoshida Porter.
